CDSpinDoctor - part of Roxio Toast Titanium5
Hello there,
I bought Toast Titanium 5 about 4 yrs ago and have updated it for Mac OSX.
I have been all mover the Roxio web site to try and find an update for CDSpinDoctor which was a component of Toast Titanium5, but with no luck.
Roxio have a help system called 'Roxanne' and she reckons that CDSpinDoctor was updated for Max OSX - but she doesn't tell me how to get the update.
This means that I can't import my LPs under OSX.
Can anyone help me with this, please?

Did you create an account on the Roxio site? I've updated my Toast software, and had no problem finding the Doctor once I was able to log in to the site and provide a serial number.

Hello,
Yes, I do have an account with Roxio and have logged in there to see if they have it.
Are you talking about CDSpinDoctor or CDEditor? I can't find CDSpinDoctor anywhere on their site.
I've tried to email Roxio but they bounce them back. I think it's called paid support. Diabolical. Roxio is the first software company I have ever known who do not accept email from people with a genuine question. They say they have developed CDSpinDoctor for Mac OSX but they don't tell us where to find it. It is certainly not on their downloads page.

The Versiontracker download is for Toast version 6 not Toast Titanium 5.

Um, I think that it's a seperate app, meaning that you have to pay for it have it in os x.

Must be separate, I guess.
I've got the Toast 5.2.3 updater for OSX, but not the CDSpinDoctor.
Thank you for trying to help me, Jon. Much appreciated.

It came with Toast Titanium 5. I have CD Spin Doctor 1.5.1.
Google
BTW, CD Spin Doctor is three words, not one. I'm not saying that was the problem, but it could have contributed.
