Now I know what mouse to get when my logitech dies in about twenty years. Maybe I'll get a mighty mouse sooner if they release a bluetooth version.

There's nothing "industry standard" about Intel CPU's, you know. And industry standard CPU would be the SPARC, or to a lesser extent, the ARM or MIPS architectures.

Re: Mighty Mouse?!
I just bought a wireless (usb - I haven't got bluetooth) 2 button 3rdbutton/scrollwheel mouse for $12 in a bargain bin at Walgreens 2 weeks ago.
Not only can I no longer live without a wireless mouse (I use a w-less k-board and mouse at work), but without setting a driver (the mouse is "pc only" driverwise), the third button automatically creates a tab in Safari when I click on a link
It isn't as sleek as Mighty Mouse, but -

Re: Mighty Mouse?!
Bluetooth. Please? And make the grey scroll thing white.
Mighty Mouse even sounds as good as it feels. The audio feedback built into Mighty Mouse provides an aural sensation that responds to your movements. A tiny speaker inside Mighty Mouse produces button-clicking and Scroll Ball-rolling sound effects.
How mind-numbingly pathetic is that?

Re: Mighty Mouse?!
Anyone else intrigued by the fact that the mouse has an integrated speaker ?

Get rid of the speaker (useless) and put in bluetooth (useful)!!!

cool name
I've thought for a long time trackball would be nicer than scrool weel, we'll see.
As for the speaker i didn't know, might be interesting use. Maybe.
edit: seems to me the trackball is a little small..

The first thing that I thought of when I read that quote was how annoying it would be if this smart little mouse had any lag on the sounds coming out of it because of the slowness of my computer. There better be an option to turn that off for people.
