The NokX incident, AGAIN, was discussed and settled, and just because it wasn't public doesn't mean action wasn't taken.

Action wasn't taken.  He was issued a warning - big deal.  I pull smurf like that, and I'm out of here before I can even hit the reply button to defend myself.

Warnings are actions taken.  You can't compare a moderator in good standing to yourself, who has a record of punishable behavior.  Now, if Joost was always that way, a warning would not be enough.  On that, I agree with you.  But there is no comparing you to Joost.  Sorry.

So?  Alien was justifying the potential of letting hundreds of innocent people getting blown up.  What's your point?  NokX expressed his opinion, Alien expressed his in a brainless manner.

And as was said in that thread, there's a difference between subduing a suspect and subduing him and then shooting him 5 times in the back of the head.  But you know, let's just overlook that step.

The statement I quoted clearly shows that you're highly opinionated and biased:

He was merely providing a prespective on why the British Officers were forced to shoot someone who they thought could have potentially killed thousands.
