Awesome, glad to hear it should come back up soon.

And that sucks on the UPS.  What make?  Did you order direct from the company, or through something like CDW-G?

Whoa!  Any new job that includes TigerDirect would freaking ROCK for you!  Is she giving up the candle business, then, or is she going to do both?  What is she doing with TD.com, anyway?

Re: Levi, is [MA]3 down for a reason?

She's going to do both. The huge problem with Partylite is the ups and downs. Sept-Dec is frantic for her and where most of her income is made. After the holidays-May it really starts to die down. June-Aug is just dead. The Tiger job is for stability. Needless to say is much easier to budget on and do better planning with that.

Neither of us is upto speed on how the job actually works. Some details like employee discounts and how the web site ties in with her accounts are unknown. I'm not even sure if I can be her customer for work related items since I work for local gov't. They may have dedicated gov't reps like CDW does. We'll see....

Oh and not just for me. She'll be willing to help anyone. wink

I was really hoping you'd say that.  I doubt you've been following much in the Halo forum, but long story short, I've been shopping for some new hardware (need a new case and PSU)

Re: Levi, is [MA]3 down for a reason?

I'm seeing a few for $40-50, but nothing in the $20 range except parts.  shrug I'm not sure how comfy I feel workign with liquid cooling yet, anyway.  Knowing my luck, I'd fry everything.  I mean, I had to really steel my resolve to remove the stock heatsink from my 9800 Pro to put on an aftermarket heatsink/heatpipe assembly (I so wish I had 4 hands to deal with that kind of stuff).

Yeah after I posted I took another look at it. The case had doubled in price in a couple hours.

I'm hitting a year on mine now. Follow the directions and I'd think you would be fine. I think the key (in directions) is to run the case for a couple days empty. Make sure all the air is out and there isn't any leaks.

And you see, I never would have thought about running the cooling system for a few days without putting hardware in.  That's why you're you, and I am not.
