Been playing with Fedora Rawhide -
http://homepage.mac.com/mpeters/misc/Screenshot-sm.pngdang, that UI is hott for linux. what's rawhide? a version of fedora? a fedora hack? I'd switch from mandrake to that in a second.
rawhide is the development version of Fedora - often broken, etc.
The icon set is not part of Fedora - I think I linked to it on the page there.
I don't know if the icon set works in KDE or not, I think the icon set is also available for OS X and Windows.

I got it through Space Weather. Use the right column to get to the archive for August 19, 2005 then scroll down (yeah, I could have given a direct link, but please take a look at Space Weather, too).
BTW: the other photo was taken from the International Space Station. It shows some of the Himalayas rising over the high plain of Tibet. It was the Astronomy Picture of the Day for May 28, 2005.

LOOK for motorcyclists. So often you will hear that a driver "never saw" the motorcyclist that they hit. As surprising as it may seem that you wouldn't see a vehicle, even if you looked right at it, a surprising study by Dr. Arien Mack shows that it is a real phenomenon.
