How do you define "public" and "private" in that context?
And keep in mind that Hitler was initially democratically appointed to be Chancellor by Germany's President, and that he enjoyed the support of most of the Germany people while he was dictator.

It's a left-wing philosophy. Read the NAZI party's platform sometime. Very similar to communism.
