F/A-18 Hornet on a G5 won't work
hey i've tried running the old game F/A-18 Hornet on my G5. When i click the icon to start it, the game doesnt start. Im in the Classic Enviroment and everying thing. I really love this game any way to get it going? help please!!! thanks!!!

It is possible that this game is not Classic compatible. It does happen. Frequently.

alright, thanks anyway. Does anyone know how to get custom physics models made on Anvil to work on Marathon 2 and Infinity? its starting to piss me off

The newest version of Aleph One has an internet join feature, and a chat room to organize games, hosted on MariusNet. I haven't tried netplay, but I assume it works from what I've heard.

get a copy of F/A-18 OIF.
it is the OS X version. now that said I know Korea works in classic.

In my opinion, OIF just doesnt cut it...
There is virtual no upgrade to the game what so ever, yah yah, we did get satellite images for ground textures (thats not a big new improvement, smurf, didnt Falcon 4.0 have that... like 4 or 5 years agoi?!), There is a new campaign, just not too challenging...
Oh and don't even get me started on the flight model for the F/A -18 in game.
If you want a combat flight sim, stick with F/A-18 Korea if you can stand running it in classic... OIF just doesnt pass muster.
If you are just in it for flying... well my freind, let me recommend X-Plane... By far THE BEST (affordable) simulator out there. Bonus: thousands of objects, plugins, scenery, scenarios, and aircraft availble for absolutely nothing but the time and bandwidthit takes to download it. Check out http://www.x-plane.org for tons of resources.

(Also forgot to mention, Enemy Engaged: Comanche vs. Hokum. Thats a pretty decent HELICOPTER combat simulator, but it has one hell of a learning curve, and some kind of analog stick is a must.)
