DVR-105 Aftermarket Install
OK, I have a PowerMac G4 400mHz with ATI 8500 Video Card with 64mb of videoram and a very large harddrive (just ruling out possible causes of my problem). Anyway, I just got iLife and everything installed off of the DVD* just fine, the computer acknowledged that i had a superdrive. So, i went to go open up iDVD and it prompts me to make a new project ....i save it, and then nothing happens. It just site there with the tool bar. No window appears. I've tried copying just the iDVD package to my harddrive and just installing that and then restarting and repairing permissions. I've tried installing it regularly off of the DVD, restarting, repairing permissions and then opening the iApps in a specified order. None work......I'm desperate to get this working. Apple told me that it would work but that they won't support any of my questions about it. Please help me![/b]
