synchronise...

On occasion I need to synchronise some folders on one drive with  folders on a second drive located on the the same machine.

However since the need so infrequent I don't need a heavy duty expensive commercial programme.

Is there any freeware or reasonably priced shareware synchronise programme?

Thanks for your reply/interest in my posting.

I made an error in my posting:

I was looking for an OS X programme.
