This fuss is probably more about dolls like this.
I'd like to mention that according to that site, that particular doll is not constructed by the manufacturer for the purpose of sex.
They drill that opening only upon customer request.
Which, now that I think about it.. seems even more disturbing to me...
man.. The Japanese are just totally weird.. 
I wonder if the Mattel would be willing to do the same to those big barbie dolls, if a customer asked them to..
