In resonse to recent news with North Korea, including this propaganda:

I suggest we form a plan of action.  First, we launch a counter-propaganda campaign against North Korea.  We can do this both in our own country and North Korea.

Launch an economic response, embargoes and all that. 

Use China and the neighbors of N. Korea to neutralize them using diplomacy.

Launch strikes against military installations in North Korea, using our most advanced weaponry, cutting off their ability to launch a counter-strike.

Use EMP devices to knockout their communications ability, and replace their radio/tv/etc with our own broadcasts. 

Deport all people from N. Korea or with ties to N. Korea to S. Korea.

Arrest some members of the Clinton administration.

Launch limited nuclear strikes against them if they try to launch a nuke.
