Greetings!

I'm suddenly having trouble downloading songs to my Shuffle. When using autofill to load songs, a pop-up stated there is not enough space to download any songs - would you like iTunes to dl as many songs as it can? I selected yes. No songs were downloaded.

I've had this Shuffle for a little over a year. I've downloaded all the updates iTunes has presented. I've never had this problem (or really any others) before.

Can anyone please suggest a solution?

If you use the iPod Updater application to wipe the iPod and restore its software that will usually clear up that problem. I've seen it once or twice and that move takes care of it and it doesn't happen again.
