The fact that there isn't one there may not be his fault. Space availability, permits, cost. Could be a number of reasons why there isn't one where you want it.

There's a good chance next month I'm going to be not too far from Pittsburgh (not in Pittsburgh - some small town about 50 miles or so, I'll have to check)

Well anyway, I gots no Apple store here in Redding.

Pittsburgh may be in the same state as philly, but not anywhere near it. I can vouch for that. (I go to school in pittsburgh, and live in jersey)

I'm surprised the Standford store hasn't been mentioned.  The mini store 5 minutes from the other store?

I must admit, If you build it, they will come.

The Dallas store almost always has people in it. Weekends it's very crowded.

My nearest store is down in down in Phoenix, about a 3.5 hour drive for me.

MoA is hell on Earth. No flippin' way, man. You can always go to FirsTech in Hennepin, too, and just swing by on your way back home!

There is never anyone in there.  Except for a few cousins who happen to work there.  The worst part is walking from the station to the front door.  It gives a chance for a smoke break though.

I'm sure you would change your mind (like I did) with some stories that I heard.  And advice that I was given while at Apple.

He does have a say in where stores go though.  There are not many cities that have stores in the actual city - Minneapolis is a good example.  The MoA is really in Bloomington, which is no where near the Downtown area of Minneapolis.
