Welcome Dylan.
Joining is easy. You've pretty much done all that you need to do. Follow the simple DBaJ (Don't be a jerk) rule and all will be well. IcarusFountain is the division's leader I'm sure he'll do an intro here soon and add anything.
However I'll give a little bit of warning. We're not what we used to be. Halo is a few years old now and many members are active just not as active when we first started. There are lot of games out there and most of us are not dedicated to just one. Twilight is upon us as we impatiently wait for Halo 3 and Halo 2 PC. We do manage to gather from time to time. If you're into other games check out the other divisions.
