Anyone aware of a free electronics schematic font?

Creating a background for a design for a friend and need to make a schematic, old school with transistors (NPN and PNP), resistors, caps, electrolytics, etc., not ICs joined end to end.

Anyone know of a free font of schematic symbols? I could of course draw them in Illustrator and make a library of symbols, but this is a one off use so I don't want to put that much time into it. smile
Thanks.
