stereo pan in Sys Prefs still buggy?
Back with 10.2 there was a well known bug which causes the stereo setting in system prefs to move either right or left.
I thought this had been fixed, but myself (10.3.9) and a friend (10.4.x) have noticed it happening of late.
Is it still the same old problem, or a new one pretending to be an old one?

I also noticed it once in 10.4 in the past few months.
