Trick or Treat!
I see Halloween is back on WoW. Is there anything one really needs to do on this particular holiday? I know there's special plans, patterns and enchantments available at Christmas. Is there anything like that on this holiday?

Sometimes they add new stuff in but last year it was mostly just an event in southshore and talking to inn keepers for buffs.

There was a 16 slot pumpkin bag that dropped off one of the skele dudes in UD strat (the last group of elites you fight before the baron). Second 16 slot bag Ive seen drop in getting 2 toons to endgame content... and I rolled single digits :'(. *sigh* From what I can tell all the halloween goodies are consumables :-/.
Heh, I cant wait untill christmas though. The only patterns my tailor is missing before like 275 is the holiday/festive ones (and the purple silk shirt 
) cause Im too cheap to dish out the G for that . I was up to like level 10 by the time all the holiday stuff ended last time so I got to see all the cool stuff everyone else had but never really got to try much of it out myself.

If you rerolled horde you could go stinkbomb southshore and taint their beer with rotten eggs
you only get candy for it though, but it's funny

Yeah the alliance has quests to clean that up so go ahead and do it so we can get candy too.

you have quests to clean it up? that doesn't sound nearly as fun as making everyone stink
anyways, the only thing i really want is the wand that puts party members in a costume.

I bought all my 16 slotters when they were 5g each on WW when I still played.

Yeah kirk, I have 3 toons that are 40+ That I all play regularly. One isnt guilded and I only play it with one other person so we can keep the same amount of xp though.
I have a question. Is the candy and stuff that has a life time (14 days) based on played time in game, or real time? I remember still having valentines day candy like a month later.
And the last time 16 slot bags cost 5g on WW Dumby had just hit level 40 and after buying her mount had to borrow money to learn some of her skills . All the 16 slotters I have now I farmed the felcloth for (which means I dont have any in my bank slots ).
Heh, Jack, not only do you make them stink but the stink bombs make people barf too . Disturbing graphic.

As far as I can tell it's in real time. I'm disappointed my night elf mask is going to expire. I don't really care about the candy, I just want to run around with a dumb mask on any time i feel like it.

No, it's just before they changed the drop rate on them (they used to spawn 100% in Ulduman, so 60s would farm them).
