I learned to use a computer on a Mac during elementary school then in 5th grade they did some program to rent laptops to all the students in my school (of course it was Windows because Bill Gates kinda helped the project to happen). so it was Windows for the next 9 years

my high school had a Mac lab but they were all those teal iMacs from way back when. it ended up being pretty convenient that my last semester of high school I had class in the Mac lab because it led to my conversion back to Mac when I got my MacBook last June.
