they wouldn't give it to us for free, i believe is what he's saying. just because you said it in your post doesn't mean that's what they're going to do

it would be nice for magazine subscribers, though. also searchable reviews, like the old MA site had.

That's 'cause there's no such review on the MacLife.com site.  There may have been one on the old MacAddict.com site (I can't remember), but when I made the switchover I chose only what I considered to be the top 150 reviews to bring over (they all had to be entered manually), so that I wouldn't go stark ... raving ... mad!

Oh, well then that's probably why I couldn't find a product review I was sure had been in MA. I guess I could look through all my old issues... but i'm too lazy
