iTunes Plus: long wait
I'm still seeing reports at MacFixIt.com that purchasers of the iTunes Plus initial offer, for EMI's DRM-free 256 bit tunes, are still waiting for Apple's servers to free up under the load.
I took the iTMS up on the offer two days ago, spending $40 to upgrade my tunes, and I'm still waiting for 138 of them to download.
If you're having better luck, please post here.

Only 3 of my purchases are upgradeable to iTunes Plus.
