Oki C9300 not printing out the back
I'm not sure if I'll get any help off here, but I'm not sure where else to turn. Oki support is not returning my phone calls and support documents are thus far unhelpful.
I've got an Oki C9300 and I'm trying to print on 12"x34" banner paper. It's worked in the past where all I have to do is set the paper size in Print Settings and and open up the back tray so that it doesn't print out the top. The paper size is set correctly but for whatever reason the printer is not recognizing that the back tray is open and is printing out the top, therefor only printing 8.5"x11" of the actual document.
I really need some help, if anybody has anything to offer it would be greatly appreciated.

Is it really a setting? That's usually more of a mechanical "setting". If the tray is down the paper shoots out instead of up. Make sure there's nothing stuck in there.

There isn't, and the little button that gets pressed when the tray is up is out and it should work...cept it doesn't
