hello,
I am Slider from the JA+ Mod for Jedi Knight Academy...

I ask the question mainly to Brad Oliver and all others coders of this forums who have the same problem... So this is not dedicated to Brad Oliver in first place But he may be the man who know everything concerning JKA and MAC hehe

At the moment JA+ is able to run on a MAC Power PC computer thanks to the Help Of Brad Oliver who made the JKA MAC SDK and the Patch 1.01D....

Recently, Aspyr made the 1.01E path which is able to run JKA under MAC Tiger for both Intel and PPC architecture thanks to the Universal Binary Thing...

So all Mods have to reBuild their whole Code in Universal Binary...

So the question now is how ?

i just got a Mac Intel tiger and the last Xcode2.4.1......

I was able to take my previous mac port of the JA+ Mod and i was able to compile it using the last Xcode2.4.1...
But i really don't know if that's a Universal Binary...
I think i would have to make some changes in the XCode project Configuration to let XCode know that i want  a Universal Birnary Build???

The Bundle it produces at the moment looks the same size as before...
shouldn't it be larger as it is supposed to contain both PPC and Intel code?
When i use the mouse to have the contextual menu and click on the Get Info option, it says this is a MAC INTEL Built and not a Universal Binary...


So i guess that would be great to have a new MAC SDK that gives the good configuration and code changes to let the new XCode to build a Universal Binary?

So i hope that other coders and Brad Oliver will get this message and be able to help with this thing...
