Folding offline.
Is it possible to have F@H running on a computer that is only online, say, two hours a day?
How would that work?
Thanks for clicking.

Re: Folding offline.
I was wondering, because when I accidentally unplugged my iMacs ethernet cable, F@H stopped, until i plugged it back in.
It happens again. and again.

Uh, the SMP client uses the network interface for its multi-threading, I believe. Any change or interruption to the network or network settings may interfere with the SMP client's operation.

Re: Folding offline.
:checks FAH site:
It synchronizes via the network interface (ethernet card, etc.)
if I remove the cord, then restart FAH, it works.
Just want to know for when I get my MB.
