OS rejection. Help needed to make 10 look like 9
Help. I apologize is this is the wrong forum, or even a stupid question. But I am so very lost. The problem is 10.4 etc. I have been a Mac user since OS 7. However my G4 died a few years ago and I have only now been able to buy another Mac.
I sit there in front of the machine I longed for and wonder why I am no longer able to do little things like.... have a trash can on my desktop. That Is not a lot to ask.
My question is. Does anyone know a program, trick, anything to make my Mac look like a Mac again? The Doc is OK. But Windows has had it for years in a dumbed down form.
I need my Mac with my favorite icons on the desktop.
Please can someone help? Thank you
