Agreed on both, but more specifically:

1) Taking a bullet for my wife or kids

2) If I knew I was dying of some incurable disease and didn't want to burden my family financially or emotionally, I'd go skydiving and then not engage the parachute, while listening to my favourite song (whichever that would be at the time).

2. I'm told the least agonizing way would be a gun in the mouth, but watching politicians do it kind of takes the uniqueness away.

1. In my sleep, I guess. I'd be more frightened of the pain than the dying. What if I didn't open my parachute, and when I hit the ground instead of dying I just broke my neck like Christopher Reeve without the money to live like he did and end up in a nursing home with bed sores and excruciating pain and not even able to scream! Ugh!

You want your enemies to eat you?  I must say, that's a new one.

I mean, ground up into dust, contaminated with a plague, and then scooped through their air filters so they die a slow, agonizing, coughing-blood till they pass out death...that I could understand.

But mixing yourself in ranch dressing and feeding yourself to them...that's new.
