well, i think ansell make purple glow in the dark rubbers, so i think purple is my answer. otherwise a UV light would be cool to see if princess leah has been getting any juice on her robes.

Good guys win every lightsaber duel of I and II and the universe keeps getting worse and worse.
Don't know if I would call a stalemate in which Annakin loses his arm a 'win' in AotC nor Qui Gon (sp?) dieing in #1 a good thing. Looked like both really were a stalemate.
In both cases the main bad guy fails to accomplish primary objective and only expendable good characters/character body parts are destroyed. In 4,5,6 good guy either dies, runs away, or is totally at the mercy of evil guy.

Well, I started playing Jedi Knight II since this thread was buried, and I didn't see it.

My saber is always purple

I'll use purple in JKII until the Asuka skin is finished.

Then it's Red, because she wouldn't have it any other way. smile

Now I need to get out the old Protection From Evil (And Beyond Good/Evil Nietzscheans And Such) Ten Foot Radius spell to protect myself from nzilla's soulsucking minions...

I would construct an even bigger 3rd death star with a foam rubber butt encasing it and it would fire from you know where.

Silvery-purple. But it would have the ability to make a big circle all around me to act like a shield from stuff. It would have a spot for me to stand on the bottom, though.

Ya know what'd be cool, would be a saber that glowed and twisted to your jedi will. That would be sweet. Make it act like a whip. oo yea.

I would also carry a saber side arm, in case i get into a bad saber lock. big_smile

I always wondered why they didn't carry some sort of saber "dagger" or something. That'd be cool.

Also, could someone explain to me, how they get their colors anyway. Is it part of the saber, or does it come from the jedi? Like, say a jedi went to the dark side, would his saber color immediatly turn red? or would he have to craft a new one?

The saber differences come from the differences in crystals and and design of the saber.

There is one of the "Cross Section" (is that right?) books devoted to Star Wars. In the first few pages it shows you how the Lightsaber works.

I'd take a gamma saber! Spray deadly radiation all over the other Jedis, while of course I'd be immune to them. Then After killing everybody, I'd zoom away in my super-galactic continental class enterprise at warp 9 and kill some borg using my death-star super gun attached to the bottom of my ship! Then on to Naboo to take out the dreadful Gungans!
