Turns out all the talk of waiting until the Apple iPhone SDK was released, was just that, talk. The iPhone Dev and iPhone Elite teams have again released a Windows only, jailbreak solution for the iPhone. A Mac version should be available soon. The jailbreak is availble for both, Mac and Windows.

The latest jailbreak comes nine days after Apple released 1.1.3 to the public. The teams did get a head start with 1.1.3 being leaked in late December.

If you feel the need to jailbreak your iPhone, we recommend waiting until any bugs are worked out by first adopters. No one wants a bricked iPhone.
