Here comes the iPhone: Vodafone and Apple have penned a deal to sell the iPhone in 10 new countries. According to a statement released by Vodafone, the iPhone will be available in Australia, the Czech Republic, Egypt, Greece, Italy, India, Portugal, New Zealand, South Africa and Turkey "later this year." Telecom Italia has also stated it will be selling the iPhone in Italy. This would create the first market where the iPhone is sold by two carriers.
NBC gets ready to Zune: Microsoft has announced that it will sell TV shows on the Zune Marketplace, including NBC shows. NBC pulled content from iTunes earlier this year because of pricing issues. Microsoft has stated it is open to flexible pricing. Five people are gonna be so stoked at this news.
NBC across the pond: NBC shows have appeared in the iTunes UK Store. House, Heroes, The Incredible Hulk, Hercules and nerd favorite, Eureka are available now. Enjoy your good luck Britain, who knows when NBC will pull the shows.
