
Steve Jobs told USA Today that he initially wanted to launch the iTunes App Store with 200 apps. It turns out developers had other plans.
The App Store will now launch with over 500 apps internationally Thursday night. We're not sure what time zone "internationally" is in, but we're hoping it's the New Zealand time zone.
Jobs went on to say that 25 percent of the apps will be free and 90 percent of those for sale will cost $9.99 or less.
