Unauthorized Apple Clone maker, Psystar struck back at Apple's complaint that the tiny company is violating its OS X end-user license agreement by selling non-Apple hardware with OS X  on it.

Psystar filed a counter-suit claiming that Apple's end-user agreement violates monopoly laws, the Clayton Antitrust Act and Sherman Antitrust Act. Psystar claims that Apple is abusing its position by ensuring that customers must purchase Apple hardware in order to run OS X.

We'll keep a close eye on this case, since it could have huge ramifications throughout the technology world.
