Finally, when you trim a video you have the choice of trimming the original or saving a new clip.

After you have set the area you would like to trim, press the yellow Trim button to get the following option.

Now you can trim videos without losing the original. Huzzah!

This feature was rumored to be part of iPhone OS 3.1 and we're happy to see it's implementation.
