Stuck at home on a Friday night, bored to death with an empty wallet in your pocket? Well, if you've got an iPhone handy, you might be able to entertain yourself with some 3D movie action. A company called Spatial View is launching 3DeeCentral, an online 3D movie store. Currently the company has submitted its app for review by Apple.
You'll need a piece of hardware to actually make the 3DeeCentral work like a charm. Spatial View makes a thin screen that you tack on to your iPhone 3G and 3GS (what? no Retina Display support for the iPhone 4?). The 3DeeSlide, as it's called, uses the company's lenticular lens technology for viewing the 3D image and video content, so you don't have to put on any funny glasses to watch your favorite flick in 3D.
Actually, you might not be able to watch your favorite movie just yet. The product and the movie store aren't yet availabe. But if you're planning on saving up for the service, the device, and the respective movies, you'll have until later this fall.
