It's been a cruel, cruel summer for Samsung so far, and the situation is only worsening. Across the sea in China, new lawsuits are cropping out like rampantly growing weeds. Will the real Snow Leopard please stand up?
Join us for another week of Law & Apple as we review the details while tryng to keep cool.
The folks at Google certainly aren't having a very good 4th of July after Samsung lost its appeal over a preliminary injunction granted to Apple, which effectively shuts down sales of the flagship Galaxy Nexus handset until a software patch arrives to address the infringement.
It’s been a crazy, whirlwind day here at MacLife.com, with Apple’s insanely great fiscal second quarter, Google Drive and all kinds of other cool stuff vying for the hearts and minds of tech fans everywhere. How do the two best smartphones on planet Earth fare against each other?
