Despite AT&T claiming everything to be hunky dory, apparently some worries are continue to persist about possible loopholes within the iPad. While the exposure of high profile email addresses was certainly troublesome, apparently there's a bigger worry. It's a certain thing called an ICC-ID number.
Believe it or not, there was some news beyond crashing pre-order troubles. Andrew Auernheimer of the now infamous iPad hack is currently being held on drug charges. Unknown though, is what prompted the official search.
The hacker group responds to AT&T's earlier apologies, and that they're not thrilled with the kind of PR that they've been getting. Goatse Security doesn't feel their act was 'malicious' as AT&T said. They felt they did more of a public service.
