In a now-annual tradition, an icon for the iTunes Festival has popped up on the Apple TV, along with a companion app available from the App Store so music fans who can't be in London next month can watch the monthlong series of free concerts.
Summer is quickly coming to an end, but that doesn't mean the music stops there. Apple just launched the iTunes Festival app for iPhone and iPad. The event will feature a month of live music that you can stream via AirPlay and your Apple TV, or to watch later and rock out to with headphones.
The 30 nights of live music begins tomorrow at London's Roundhouse venue and will feature acts like P!NK, Muse, Hot Chip, Deadmau5, David Guetta, Usher, Jack White, Norah Joan, Alicia Keys, Ellie Goulding, The Killers, and everyone's new favorite boy band, One Direction. You can check up the entire line up at the official site.
