Good news, everyone! Not only will we be covering the Macworld/iWorld 2012 show floor like crazy the next two days, but we're having an impromptu, unofficial meet up near the convention! Join the editors for a pint glass of brew at 6:30 at ThirstyBear Restaurant & Brewery, located at 661 Howard Street (cross street is Third Street--right behind the Moscone Convention Center). Arrive promptly if you'd like to join us for dinner, otherwise just head inside and come have a beer!
If you need to get ahold of us, you can tweet Flo (@ohthatflo), Ray (@raguilera), or the official Mac|Life Twitter feed (@maclife). Follow us all on Twitter to keep tabs on our current location.
One more thing: We're giving away a pair of Cirque du Mac tickets, courtesy of Dolly Drive. We'll be asking a very special trivia question and the winner will get the tickets. And then you can come hang out with us Friday night, too!
Hey, WWDC attendees and local nerds alike! Come hang out with us on Tuesday, June 7, 2011, the second day of WWDC. We'll be slurpin' down beverages and gabbin' about Apple right across the street from the Moscone Center at our official MacLife WWDC 2011 Reader Meetup. Join us, won't you?
We had our second reader meet up to commemorate the release of our 50th issue of Mac|Life magazine in Cupertino, CA. Thanks to everyone who came out to 1 Infinite Loop for some shopping, and then to BJ's for pizza and beer. And if you didn't make it, don't worry. We'll be announcing another reader meet up soon, sometime in the near future. Follow us on Twitter and Facebook to find out when!
Mac|Life fans, it's time for another Reader Meetup! We had such a great time mingling with you -- the readers! -- at our first event in downtown San Francisco, that we decided it's time we hang out again. This time, we're celebrating our 50th issue of Mac|Life magazine on Wednesday, March 2 in Cupertino, and we'd like to extend the invitation to you!
We had a great time mingling with you--the readers!--at our meetup on January 20 in downtown San Francisco. There was plenty of beer, lots of smiles, a fun little Apple-related pub quiz and a ton of prizes to be given away, including Incipio iPhone 4 cases for everyone who showed up from our friends at Incipio. One of you even made cupcakes for the whole lot!
Thanks to everyone for showing up, and if you didn't make it this time around, don't fret! We're having another reader meetup in the near future. Be sure to follow us on Twitter and Facebook for news of the next meetup.
