The Macworld Expo 2011 show floor opened on Thursday, and we were there soakin' up the giddy, geeky vibes. Crowds of Mac lifers inched their way through the packed aisles of Moscone West in search of the perfect iPhone accessory, head-turning iPad case, or their next must-have piece of life-improving software. Between oohs and aahs over all the gadgets, we snapped some pics of the show floor to give you a feel for how it's going so far.

If you happen to be in the Indianapolis area between now and the end of the year, you might want to stop by the Renaissance Fine Art & Design Gallery -- they’re featuring an exhibition of rock ’n roll photographer Harry Sandler’s images, which were all captured using the iPhone 4.
We visited the annual Maker Faire and as usual, it was epic. If you enjoy robots, science, steam punk, giant mousetrap games, crazy vehicles and 3D printers, the Maker Faire is nirvana. If you couldn't make it to this year's event, don't worry, we took pictures of all the really cool stuff for you.
