Google I/O kicked off with a keynote address Wednesday morning in San Francisco, and following the introduction of Android 4.1 "Jellybean" and Google Play updates, the search giant announced its own branded tablet, the Nexus 7.
iOS users, remain calm! Yet another of your favorite apps has made the leap to the dark side (i.e., Android) -- but the developers of Flipboard have released an App Store update that keeps feature parity with the new Googleicious version.
It’s no secret that iOS developer Marco Arment has no interest in porting his popular Instapaper app to the Android platform -- so he got Mobelux to do it for him. On top of that new release, the iOS version also added background update locations over the weekend.
Laugh if you want, but we love Jamba Juice. We also happen to rather like PayPal, which makes it easy to spend the money we make selling our old junk on eBay that would be otherwise cluttering the house. So it would seem that being able to buy our Peach Pleasure or Strawberries Forever smoothies at Jamba Juice with our PayPal account would be a match made in heaven -- assuming there was one near us, which there is sadly not.
